This shiplap composite cladding board in antique is a WPC (Wood/Plastic Composite) product designed and manufactured using the latest technology to replicate traditional timber cladding. It is composed of 95% recycled polystyrene and 5% virgin materials, with a unique co-extrusion technique to create subtle timber effect definition and colour variations using high quality resins. The boards feature a 360-degree capped surface layer for protection from UV fading, scratching, and rotting.
It provides exceptional resistance to weathering due to the design and production process encompassing the board with a protective outer layer. The protective outer layer ensures it is highly UV and stain resistant, allowing projects to retain a wonderful finish.

The boards have an interlocking tongue-and-groove system to ensure a secure fit. They can be installed horizontally or vertically, screw-fixed to timber battens with all fixings invisible for a seamless finish. No specialist tools are required; boards can be cut during installation (cut pieces should be installed straight away). Allow some air to flow between the cladding boards and the surface below when fitting trims. Ensure proper spacing for expansion.
